Print your heat sheet if you need one.  Sheppard's print one out because we won't get copies from an away meet.  Coaches print yours as well.

We are going to have our first pancake breakfast this Tuesday morning. We will have pancakes after each swim session for swimmers. Great way to motivate and have some comrades before our swim meet. Please see the link below to sign up!!

830 to 9;30 11 and up 

9:30-10  6 and under 

10 to 1045 for 7 to 10-year

Next week Monday thru Saturday morning practices except Wednesday mornings after a swim
