Practice Policies
Parents please do not talk to coaches during practice times. Either text them or set up a time to talk with them after all practices.
Please try not to talk to your child during practice because it distracts them from listening to their coaches.
Please have your child at practice on time.
Swim caps are suggested for anyone with long hair.
